Additionally, we accept back-orders for materials that are not in-stock, as well as various processed goods.

SMALL BATCH ORDERS

We accept orders as small as a single 1cm2 product part.
We provide our customers with the exact quantity they need.
Big or small, we accept small-batch orders of any size.

SHORT DELIVERY TIME

Our products are manufactured at a 24-hour production factory and shipped to our customers by a courier service or private carrier. For customers that come to collect our orders personally, we have their orders ready in as quickly as 10 minutess.
With the link-up of our production and delivery systems, we attend to about 300 companies, 1,900 orders and 9,320 products in a single day.

HIGH QUALITY

We are awarded the ISO9002:1994 in July 2000, ISO9001:2000 in 2003 and ISO9001:2015 in 2018.
Adopting an internal rank system for our inspectors who judge the passability of products, improving our inspection system by incorporating the PMI inspection machine to inspect the quality of the composition metals, as well as applying the Mill Test Certification on all our products through our unique warehouse management system is the key to traceability.

We continuously upgrade our facilities in order to serve our customers better.
As for facilities that we do not have, we enlist the help of our group companies to fulfill our customers' requests.

Warehouse conjoined with round-bar automated cutting machine

A fully-automated facility where the automated warehouse operates in conjunction with the cutting machine.
Selection and retrieval of base materials, cutting, saving leftover materials, product shipment, all of the processes are computerized, allowing for speed and traceability.

Large-scale Shearing Machine

Able to cut sheets up to 20mm thickness, in the case of Type 304 stainless steel.
We pride ourselves as the frontiers of shearing technology in the industry.

Water Jet Cutter

Replaced in August 2019, the cutting speed has tripled and the quality of products has improved.
